The Magic of Asia

Undoubtedly Asia is the largest continent of the world and the huge landmass accommodates majority of the world population. This enormous continent generously extends from the northern to the eastern hemispheres of the globe.

Asia as a vast piece of land and occupies 8.6% of the total land area of the world. A larger part of the continent merges with Europe and the part is called Eurasia. The entire mass of land is bounded by oceans on three of its sides. Like for example the Pacific Ocean surrounds it from the eastern side, the Indian Ocean borders it from the south and the Arctic Ocean covers Asia on the northern side.

The origin of Asia dates back millions of years ago. Asia is rich and diversified from the cultural point of view. The region is a home to people of different origins following different cultures and traditions thus adding color to the way of life. For tourists who come to visit Asia they are amazed at the rich cultural diversity which prevails in a single enormous piece of land. The languages of the people vary with the places where they reside; in fact they follow various customs and behavioral practices to adjust with the environment they have been born and brought up into.

China the largest country of the world constitutes a major part of Asia. It is situated in the southern part of the continent. The Chinese have produced one of the finest of arts which are the oldest as recorded in the history of the world. the Great wall of China is an amazing wonder and attracts tourists from all over the world. Kuala Lumpur the capital of Malaysia has become a tourism magnet. People go to visit the place to experience the magic of glitz in modern life.

South-eastern part of Asia is the culturally affluent part of the continent. India being a part of south-east Asia is a republican country which boasts of its rich cultural heritage. This is a democratic country and people living here enjoy the sheer pleasure of breath taking art and traditions. India is studded with major tourist spots that attract huge number of tourists from overseas and the same continent.

These are some evidence which prove the magnificence of the world’s largest continent name Asia.
